Marine Wildlife Publications

Conducting research at sea is often difficult and expensive and, invariably, occurs primarily during the fair weather months.  The collection of marine mammal and seabird sightings during commercial offshore work can and does provide an efficient way of attaining a large data set over internationally important areas.

Unfortunately such datasets are often submitted to regulatory bodies and are not utilised.  Gardline believes and actively encourages its Marine Wildlife Observers (MWOs), Marine Mammal Observers (MMOs), Seabird Surveyors, Marine Acoustic Technicians (MATs) and Scientists that such data should be used and published to add to the knowledge and increase the understanding of the ecology of the World’s oceans and seas.

Please choose from our range of recent marine wildlife publications below. Not all are available online. If you are interested in obtaining a particular paper, please Contact Us for more information
