CADS’ large draughting team is able to provide a range of CAD services, including the creation of new plans or the updating of existing plans using either MicroStation or AutoCAD in 2D or 3D.

Surveying
Two sections focusing on measured building, and mechanical and electrical surveys. The measured building survey team has carried out large project roll outs for companies such as the Post Office and One Stop. The M&E team specialises in ‘as built’ electrical wiring diagrams and has clients that include BAA and The Environment Agency.

Scanning
Dedicated scanning department working with modern large and small format scanners, an aperture card scanner, plus a specialist book scanner and associated ‘restorer’ software.

CAD Training & Development
Authorised Autodesk trainer and developer, specialising in AutoCAD. Training courses are tailored to your needs/ability and held all over the UK. Bentley MicroStation and Powerdraft courses are also available. CADS’ development team works closely with clients to add value to CAD data, improve productivity, plus help them share their property-related information more effectively via SpaceStation®.

Healthcare Space Planning
CADS’ specialised healthcare team works on behalf of many leading architects and uses the latest ADB, CodeBook, MicroStation and AutoCAD software applications.

GIS
Services encompass full range of geo-information solutions, including GIS consultancy, data capture and web-mapping, together with wider related activities such as visualisation and database design. Authorised reseller for GetMapping Aerial Imagery, Satellite Imagery and Nextmap Terrain Models.
