We are currently looking to recruit an Apprentice to join our Client Reporting Department within Gardline Limited.   

 

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop both general secretarial and administration skills with a view to becoming an established  Reporting Secretary at the end of the apprenticeship programme. 

 

Your main responsibilities will include compilation of reports, general office administration and reception duties. Working as part of a team to ensure that client deadlines and deliverable requirements are met.

 

 The ideal candidate will possess a high level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel,  and Outlook.

 

A professional and helpful telephone manner is essential, as is the ability to liaise effectively with other departments throughout the Gardline Group. Ideally we are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person who is keen to learn and contribute in an exciting and varied working environment.
