Gardline Australia launched in 2006 to support the activities of the vessel R.V. Triton in Australia. The company is based in Perth, Western Australia and draws on the thirty-plus years of ship operating experience of the parent company Gardline Shipping Ltd. The company's primary function will be to run the R.V. Triton during its one year contract to the Australian Government, represented by the Australian Customs Service.
